EOMFA is operated by 3 Inventors. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through the EOMFA platform.
Business name, contact name, email address, phone number, VAT number, and business address provided during registration.
Product selections, quantities, order notes, delivery preferences, and order history generated through platform usage.
Login activity, feature usage patterns, and session information collected to improve the platform.
EOMFA is a private network. Your data is only shared with the parties you are directly connected to on the platform (your suppliers or your customers). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Competitors cannot see your data. Unconnected businesses cannot access your catalogues, orders, or business information.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When an account is closed, data is retained for the minimum period required by applicable law.
